Damaged Goods

Blue Mountains Spring Water will doing the best to make sure your purchases are under perfect condition when they arrive to you. But in very rare cases, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we require you to send us the evidence of the damage/fault such as photographic or video footage within 24 hours via email to So we highly recommend you to inspect the item(s) as soon as you receive it (them), it is the customers’ responsibility to adhere to our claims process including providing proof of damages and arranging for products to be returned for inspection. Any damages or faults reported after 24 hours will be treated as a warranty claim and the customers will be solely liable for the shipment cost in the claim process.


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but sometimes you just get it wrong or sometimes it’s not what you expect, so if you wish to return the item, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Our policy is simple, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we promise a refund, credit or exchange, whatever you prefer.

The item need to be returned within SEVEN days of purchase as long as the item is in exactly the same condition as when purchased. All items must be in original wrappings and packaging and not assembled or part assembled in any way.

Prior to returning goods, customers need to fill in a Return Authorisation Form (please send email to to request) and get Blue Mountain Spring Water’s approval, any unauthorised return will not be accepted.

It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. Blue Mountain Spring Water takes no responsibility for lost goods and the customers will be solely liable for the shipment cost of the return.


Blue Moutain Spring Water provides a 12 month warranty on all products (unless otherwise stated in product detail page). Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, damage arising from abnormal use, not properly maintained and being modified goods. Blue Moutain Spring Water has the ultimate discretion to obtain proof of purchase and any further information to decide on warranty outcomes. Products will be repaired or replaced, depending on product circumstances and it is solely at Blue Moutain Spring Water’s discretion.
